Confirmation - Signing + 50% Retainer + Remaining balance

• Contracts are sent via email through AdobeSign for e-signature

  • If you haven't seen it please check your spam folder.

• The date will be saved and the contract confirmed upon signing and collection of 50% retainer.

  • Remaining balance due 1 month prior

Contract Subtractions - removing services post-booking

• Retainers are generally non-refundable

  • Ex; Booked DJ + Add-On & Paid Retainer > Cancelled Add-On

    • 50% paid towards Add-On acknowledged as forfeited

    • Covers time / effort invested pre-event, vendors receive cancellation fee

• Some portion of forfeited retainer may be allocated to a new service (20% - 100%, pending revision)

  • Ex; cancel add-on, discount applied to different musician, lighting upgrade, photobooth, etc

Contract Additions - adding services post-booking

• Many clients book a base package to save their date

• Other packages can be added as the date approaches, budgets finalize, and decisions are made.

• Initial offers & rates are subject to change, vendor availability may vary over time.
