Some mountain weddings may warrant additional costs though we do our best to make up for these with discounts applied when hiring multiple services/add-ons. Please reach out for a personalized quote.

We promise to arrive at least 1 hour prior to the start of your soundtrack. Some of our DJs prefer to arrive earlier regardless of additional services booked.
Some events require notable travel time between the ceremony and reception space and may benefit from an even earlier arrival. Additional preparations such as gondola rides may warrant additional travel pending length of traverse.
General set up / breakdown time is factored in and does not subtract from the performance hours outlined in each package - there are no direct fees for us to arrive earlier.

We appreciate when our clients and their caterers are able to provide a vendor meal. If this is an obstacle, our professionals can plan to bring their own. When your guests are eating our professionals usually take 15-30 minutes on their own to do the same.

If there is no power outlet near the ceremony space then we have a portable battery can be used. A power source is usually made available by the venue near the reception space. If a power supply is unavailable accommodations may be provided, inquire within.
For some of our add-on’s (Deluxe DJ, Video Walls, etc) we may have to confirm extra amperage with the venue or supply a generator.
