Taylor & David chose to have their ceremony near the first patch of grass just in front of the rectangular building (Event Center).

Their altar was placed just in front of the rows of vines.

Ceremony sound was placed to the right of the vines, keeping the mixer, mics, etc cool in the shade while the speaker was moved into the sun just prior to pre-ceremony.

Cocktail Hour

During the changeover from Ceremony through Cocktail Hour into the Reception space, the DJ & assistant were preoccupied with moving equipment and didn’t capture any media.

The cocktail hour was on the lawn near the front of the residence. Though this could’ve been accommodated from the ceremony set up by simply turning the speaker, we followed venue owner Lindsey’s suggestion and placed a speaker inside the event center and aimed it through the window.

Reception

The newlyweds booked our Deluxe Lighting package. We placed glow totems on either side of the bridal party table and aimed a GOBO towards the middle. The light fixture and stand were placed near the DJ booth, out of the way of the dancefloor.

Load Out:

As per the aerial view, the venue access road is shared with another residence not affiliated with the venue, hence the 10pm conclusion to access as per county ordinance.

We loaded the larger items into the car in the venue parking lot and then moved the car around to the private drive prior to 10pm.

We then took our time loading out remaining equipment and left by 11pm.
