Parking!

June 2024 our DJ used the mic more to announce double parked cars then they did for their usual MCing!

Would the owners of Red Ford Edge and a Silver Nissan Altima please move your cars so that one of our guests may leave, thank you.

Cars can be parked in 4 lines side by side and should be coordinated early:

• Those planning to leave early > towards the front

• Those spending the night > backed up to the garage.

Your DJ is among the first to arrive and last to leave so they can be sufficiently triple parked.

Carpooling guests & vendors is strongly recommended.

Shuttle services are even better though understandably infeasible for some events with scattered accommodations.

Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. This is a relatively quiet neighborhood and this venue operates within the graces of their neighbors.

The inlet towards the yard…

• needs to be left open for transporting rentals and mobile bars.

• Cars should be vacated of the adjacent / perpendicular spots across from this inlet so that box trucks can do a K turn

  • This is applicable prior to guest arrival, rentals etc will have moved their cars by the time the event starts

Shown below are our resident DJ + Musician dual duty vendors, David (Guitar) & Dan (Keys).

GVP has a piano onsite though with events outside we generally position on the deck.
